Benoit Brouillette is a member of our Labour and Employment Law Practice group. He represents employers in the private, public and parapublic sectors in both provincial and federal jurisdictions. He advises them on a variety of matters, such as the interpretation of collective agreements, grievance arbitration, labour relations, labour standards and work-related litigation.
In addition, Mr. Brouillette also frequently presents training sessions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of organizations. More specifically, he has provided sessions focussed on the impact of social media in the workplace, psychological harassment, collective bargaining and workplace accommodation measures.

- Represents employers in connection with collective bargaining negotiations in the manufacturing, hotel and entertainment sectors.
- Acts as senior legal adviser regarding labour and employment law matters for a number of manufacturing sector entities.
- Drafts procedures and memorandums in connection with judicial reviews.
- Represents employers in certain complex litigations enacted under Article 39 of the Labour Code and pertaining to the identification of certification units following major organizational changes.
- Drafts and implements policies, codes of ethics and strategic plans.
