Simon Laberge practises mainly in the areas of labour and employment law, as well as occupational health and safety. In this role, he is frequently called upon to represent clients before administrative and civil tribunals on matters related to dismissals, grievance arbitrations, union certifications and occupational health and safety.
Mr. Laberge also advises clients on issues regarding the hiring and dismissal of employees, as well as on the Charter of Rights and Freedoms pertaining to access of information issues.
Simon Laberge joined Heenan Blaikie in 2006, after having practised at another major law firm.
