As a partner of Heenan Blaikie, Chantal Lamarche has acquired vast expertise in labour and employment law as well as in civil law and administrative law.
Ms. Lamarche has extensive experience before the Commission des relations du travail as well as other specialized boards, grievance adjudicators, civil courts, human rights tribunals and arbitrators appointed under the Canada Labour Code.
Ms. Lamarche participates in the continuing updating of Le congédiement en droit québécois en matière de contrat individuel de travail, and is often invited to give presentations on labour and employment law.
