Charles Wagner is a member of our Labour and Employment Law group in Montréal; he also practises in the field of Health law.
As part of his practice, Mr. Wagner deals with various aspects of employment law, in particular with the interpretation of collective agreements, grievance arbitration cases, as well as with work relations, employment standards and litigation related to employment and health.
Mr. Wagner’s expertise is specific to employment and labour law namely in injunction-related matters. Additionally, he has frequently represented health care and social services establishments before the civil courts in applications for institutionalization and for health care services.
Mr. Wagner joined Heenan Blaikie in 2011 after having worked as a student and completed his articling at our firm in Montreal.
