Born of the convergence of the legal frameworks relating to books, movies, television programs, music, gaming, as well as other forms of human expression, entertainment law has evolved rapidly since being thrust into the digital age. On October 28, 2011, The Commons Institute will host a conference to provide overviews, analyses and implications of developments within various aspects of entertainment law, including digital rights, the music industry, music in film, and gaming. The conference will include opportunities for debate, dialogue, questions and answers between and from attendees and faculty.
Among the faculty of speakers will be entertainment law partners David Steinberg and Bob Tarantino. Mr. Tarantino will lead a presentation titled “Terms of Trade Agreements and the Television Industry”.
