Heenan Blaikie’s Ottawa team has distinguished itself and practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, class actions, arbitration, labour and employment law, administrative and public law, environmental law, aboriginal law, Supreme Court of Canada advocacy, intellectual property, securities law and international and domestic trade matters and procurement.
